Fill out our form or click below to email ideas for individuals and other talents that you know would be a great fit for current or future projects listed within the ETM market place.

Once through our vetting process, your referral will be onboarded and ready to partake in projects with our clients. As we have an unlimited referrals policy, feel free to recommend further additional talents that could be great for the community.
We will connect and speak with your referral. They will go through our vetting process to gauge their interest in project work and ensure they would be a good fit for the community.

Once your referred talents are onboard and have started their first project, we will transfer you €500. A high number of good quality referrals could help generate passive income alongside your own project work especially if you refer individuals to be staffed alongside you on a project.
