If you have to turn down a particular project or feel that we can provide the talent(s) for a business, then it’s a great idea to make a referral.
Through our specific and detailed vetting process, we ensure that all referred projects are completed and staffed by only the best and most capable individuals.
How it works.
Tell us about the project either via email or phone and we can discuss the requirements with you.

Upon agreeing that the project can be completed and staffed through ETM, we will then engage the individuals who can work to deliver the project.
step 3
Once we’ve got all the information, we will analyse the project and see if it is something that we can cater for either through our current community or through more active search methods.
step 4
Upon completion of the project, we will then transfer you 5% of the internal net fee received for the referred project (up to €5000). You can refer unlimited projects.
